Chapter 1
Copyright subject and content for protected works
§ 1. Anyone who produces a literary or artistic work has copyright to the work, whether this appears as a literary or non-literary work expressed in writing or speech, as a piece of music or stage work, as a film work or photographic work, as a work of visual art. building art or handicrafts, or it has been expressed in other ways.
PCS. 2. Maps and drawings and other works of a descriptive nature, which are performed graphically or in plastic form, are included in literary works.
PCS. 3. Works in the form of computer programs are counted as literary works.
Responsibility for use
The customer's use of one of Ertman's products is in all respects at his own risk.
Ertmann accepts no responsibility for the use, be it the rightness, the lawfulness etc. of the information provided by the customer. Ertmann cannot, therefore, be held liable for losses - neither direct nor indirect, arising as a result of the use of the product. Ertmann cannot be held liable for losses or other circumstances arising as a result of lack of access to labor or goods supplies and other matters at Ertmann as well as force majeure, including strike and lockout. The customer is responsible for the costs incurred in order to order goods.
Terms & Conditions
All orders are cash upon delivery or by agreement for account customers.
For special assignments, an amount can be paid before the assignment is started.
Supplementary parts for goods deliveries are delivered at daily prices.
Delivery terms for cars are stated in the order confirmation.
Changing Customer Terms
Business terms can be changed by Ertmann on the website with a notice of 30 days. Any disputes and inconsistencies must be settled by ordinary Danish court. Only CVR registered companies can shop at Ertmann.
